Middle School students and parents are invited to a screening of Angst, a cinematic exploration of anxiety and its effects on teenagers. Through candid interviews, Angst tells the stories of many kids and teens who discuss their anxiety and its effects on their lives and relationships, as well as how they’ve found solutions and hope. In addition, the documentary provides discussions with mental health experts about the causes of anxiety and its sociological effects, along with the help, resources and tools available to address the condition. Small group conversation will follow the film. This event is limited to students in Middle School and older, accompanied by parents. The screening is hosted by Lara Buchanan and will be held in the A Space.
